Pieminister At Clapham Picturehouse

Clapham Picturehouse welcomes esteemed pie makers Pieminister into the fold.

A little haven tucked away on Venn Street, the Clapham Picturehouse bar serves a wide and delicious selection of wines and local beers. As well as providing cinemagoers with their pre- or post-film refreshment of choice, the bar also plays host to a fortnightly film quiz, live televised sport on our bar projectors, and the occasional music night.

This month the bar is undergoing a big change. From 11 February we welcome esteemed pie makers Pieminister into the fold. We’ll be serving up a full menu of their scrumptious pies with a whole host of optional sides – creamy mash, mouthwatering gravy, minted peas and more!

Whether you’re a steak-and-ale, chicken-and-ham or goat’s-cheese-and-sweet-potato person, we have the pie for you. And if you’re looking for a smaller pre-film snack, we also have that covered – from mixed olives or baked Camembert to pigs in blankets with honey mustard.

Whatever you choose, you’re in for a tasty treat, and you don’t need to just take our word for it: Pieminister have won a steady stream of awards since their inception in 2003, including over 30 Great Taste Awards. As well as gaining recognition for taste, they have also been awarded for their sourcing. With a commitment to always using ethically sourced ingredients, Pieminister work closely with farmers, growers and other suppliers, insisting on the highest standards in quality, safety, animal welfare and the environment. This has resulted in three Good Farm Animal Welfare Awards.

As with everything we sell at our kiosk and in the bar at Clapham Picturehouse, our Members receive 10% off. So whether you’re a bit peckish next time you come to see a film or are just looking for somewhere in Clapham to have a warm, hearty meal, check out Pieminister at Clapham Picturehouse.
