Picturehouse Outdoors Cinema Comes to Church House Gardens

Picturehouse Outdoor Cinema heads to Bromley for a weekend of summery outdoor screenings in the beautiful Church House Gardens

This summer we’re taking Bromley Picturehouse outdoors to the tranquil setting of Church House Gardens.

Arrive from 6.00pm to enjoy the last of the evening sun with a fantastic range of drinks from our pop-up bar, including draught beer, and a specially prepared BBQ.

The film will start around 7.45pm – as soon as it gets dark.

The screenings take place in the amphitheatre area, feel free to bring along blankets, cushions or small picnic chairs – however, these must be placed towards the rear of the area.

This is a licensed event and we will have a fully stocked bar on site. We cannot accept any alcohol brought in from outside. Cash and card payment will be accepted.

Academy Award winning film Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury, who defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound, their near-implosion as Mercury’s lifestyle spirals out of control, and their triumphant reunion on the eve of Live Aid, where Mercury, facing a life-threatening illness, leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that were always more like a family, and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.
