Clapham Picturehouse has a wide range of facilities to suit your private-hire and conferencing needs. The auditoria accommodate a large number of people, and are ideal for presentations, product launches, lectures, AGMs or business meetings. Our digital projection facilities enable film or video presentation, and the screens are ideal for PowerPoint or slide displays. Clapham Picturehouse is a fantastic choice for a corporate event.
We are located on Venn Street, a stones throw away from Clapham Common, and are easily accessible by public transport.

Catering and Drinks
Clapham Picturehouse offer a wide range of food options for events/parties including a selection of canapés and full meals. For drinks receptions we can provide from a wide choice of wine, beer and spirits from our large selection of alcoholic beverages. We have a huge selection of craft beers, ales and IPA’s sourced from local brewery’s but also offer a nice range of lagers. We also have a perfectly balanced range of white, red and sparkling wines as well as Champagne.
AV and Tech
Our projectors run from DCP format for screenings and high-quality videos. We also offer Blu-Ray/DCP playback and can provide a HDMI feed for you to connect your laptop.
You are welcome to bring in additional equipment to be run by external production companies for all or part of your event, providing they have met with our technical team onsite at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
All of our screens and reception areas are accessible. Each screen has a limited number of seats which can be removed to make space for wheelchair guests.
Wi-Fi / Internet Access
We work with a 3rd party who can provide exclusive wi-fi / ethernet for your event. We also have a basic free wi-fi service for simpler requirements.
