Crouch End is a village that means business when it comes to cafés and restaurants, so naturally our food has to stand out!
In addition to delicious artisan pastries and cakes, our ground-floor café and upstairs bar-restaurant serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast options include our take on a classic kedgeree made with smoked mackerel and spelt, served with a delicious poached egg. Why not try the smoked ham hock hash with our very own homemade brown sauce?
Our head chef Salim has created a hearty and diverse main menu with something for every occasion, including chargrilled double cheeseburgers, a spicy kimchi hot dog, Caribbean-inspired jerk fried chicken with a sweet apricot glaze, and an indulgent lamb tagine served with fluffy couscous. If you’re looking for a quick snack, try our delicious smoked mackerel croquetas, falafel or house-made sourdough flatbread with cured ham and Parmesan.
The bar is open late on Fridays and Saturdays, and has an amazing international wine selection and a range of Purity ales on tap (including manager Tom’s personal favourite, Longhorn IPA).
Why, you could spend all day eating and drinking at Crouch End Picturehouse!
